Therapy

My philosophy as a therapist starts with careful and non-judgmental listening. Everyone has a unique life story — I see my role as learning about your story, understanding the change you want to see, and exploring how we can move you towards it. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities to promote integrated healing to meet each individual's needs including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and somatic-based interventions.
Get In Touch

People seek out therapy for a variety of reasons

I specialize in working with people primarily seeking support for: depression, anxiety, trauma-resolution, early experiences of psychosis (learn more here), life transitions, and interpersonal relationship stress. I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and identities.  However you identify, I look forward to learning about your story which may include:
  • A past traumatic event
  • A desire to change patterns that no longer serve you
  • Difficulty with relationships and intimacy
  • A stressful life transition
  • Managing addictive behaviors
  • Coping with a recent loss
  • Work stress
  • Beliefs or perceptions that are getting in the way of the life you want to lead
This list is by no means exhaustive of the range of issues for which you may want support. To talk more about how we might work together, please contact me.

My Rate

My standard rate is $200 for individual sessions and $225 for family sessions. I do not accept insurance at this time but I do have limited slots for a sliding scale fee depending on your situation and ability to pay. Many of my clients are able to get a portion of the cost reimbursed if they have a PPO insurance plan, a Health Savings Account (HSA), or a Flex Savings Account (FSA) through their employer.

It is a priority for me to ensure that therapy feels accessible so please reach out if you feel we’d be a good fit but are concerned about the cost.
